Hi, I’m Michelle.
It’s nice to meet you. I love reading, writing, and exploring what it means to live fully.
For a long time, I did everything I thought I was supposed to do. I chased success, followed the rules, and checked every box that was supposed to make me happy. Eventually, I realized I was building a life that looked good on paper but didn’t actually feel good to live inside.
I wanted deeper experiences and relationships, so I started saying yes to things that made me feel alive.
Since then, my life has been one long experiment in curiosity, creativity, and courage. I’ve trekked with mountain gorillas in Uganda, scuba-dived the Great Barrier Reef, jumped out of a plane in New Zealand, run a marathon, and recently started performing stand-up comedy.
These adventures have been incredible, but the real work has always been within.
I’ve been alcohol-free since 2019, and journaling has been the foundation beneath it all, helping me return to myself, find clarity, and stay inspired.
Today, I work with people and projects in moments of transition, creation, and refinement. Sometimes that looks like coaching. Other times it’s supporting the design or coordination of an event or experience.
At the heart of everything I do is one simple intention: helping people come home to themselves while building lives and projects that actually feel good to live inside.
If you’re navigating a transition or creating something new, I’d love to meet you where you are.
Say hello.
Big questions, small wins, random thoughts… send them my way. I love hearing from people who are exploring what’s possible.
